User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using Coki, you agree to this User Agreement and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The EULA displayed in the app is a separate agreement and must also be accepted when presented. If you do not agree, do not use Coki.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum legal age for online services in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

3. Swimming and AI information

Coki and its AI coach provide general swimming information and community discussion. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency guidance, or a substitute for instruction from a qualified coach. Consider your ability, health, pool rules, water conditions, and local safety guidance before swimming.

4. Community content

You remain responsible for photos, videos, messages, profile information, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content. You grant Coki the limited rights required to process, display, and deliver it according to your actions and settings.

Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful material. Child exploitation or endangerment is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety and enforcement

You may report content and restrict interactions using available in-app controls. We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, or comply with law. False or abusive reports are prohibited.

6. AI coach

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Review them carefully and do not rely on the AI coach for emergencies, medical decisions, or other high-risk situations. You are responsible for deciding whether an AI suggestion is appropriate for your circumstances.

7. Apple In-App Purchases

Eligible virtual items may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and used only for the features identified in Coki. Apple processes iOS transactions under Apple's terms. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. Refund requests for Apple transactions are handled under Apple's applicable policies.

8. Intellectual property

Coki branding, interfaces, artwork, and service materials are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit the service or its materials.

9. Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion through Settings in the app. Deletion removes the account and associated personal information, subject to limited retention required for legal compliance, transaction integrity, fraud prevention, safety, or dispute resolution. Account deletion does not automatically refund an Apple transaction.

10. Service availability

Coki may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coki and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as Coki or applicable law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the app or website. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
